Cookie Policy
This Policy describes the cookies and similar technologies used by CommishCast, their purposes, and how to manage them.
This document is currently under legal review and may be updated. Last updated: August 2026.
1.Scope
This Cookie Policy applies to the CommishCast website and applications and forms part of the Privacy Policy. A cookie is a small data file stored by your browser. We also use similar technologies, including local storage, for the purposes described below.
2.Strictly necessary cookies
These cookies are required for the Service to function and cannot be disabled without loss of access. They maintain your authenticated session between page loads and record which of your Leagues is currently selected. They are set by our authentication provider.
Blocking these cookies will prevent you from signing in. We rely on the strictly-necessary basis for these and do not seek consent for them.
3.Analytics cookies
These cookies record which pages are accessed, which Episodes are played, and the point at which playback stops. The resulting data is used in aggregate to assess and improve the Service and is not used to build a profile of you or to track you across other websites.
These cookies may be blocked without affecting the operation of the Service.
4.Payment cookies
Our payment processor sets cookies during checkout for fraud prevention and to complete the transaction. These are set only when a payment is in progress and are governed additionally by that processor’s own policies.
5.Advertising cookies
We do not use third-party advertising cookies. We do not operate ad networks on the Service, do not deploy retargeting pixels, and do not disclose personal information to advertisers. Should this change, we will update this Policy and provide notice before the change takes effect.
6.Managing cookies
Most browsers allow cookies to be blocked or deleted, typically under privacy or site settings, and permit third-party cookies to be blocked while retaining first-party cookies. Blocking cookies set by CommishCast will end your session and prevent you from signing in.
Browsers may also transmit a Global Privacy Control signal. We honor such signals where applicable law requires.
7.Contact
Questions regarding this Policy may be submitted through the contact form. For the treatment of the underlying data, see the Privacy Policy.
